Onion Confit

The onion confit was made with red wine, which accounts for its deep dark color. I would definitely make this again.
The pizza dough was easy to make. It was just ok. It’s not a dough recipe I would keep. Still looking for ‘THE’ best pizza dough recipe…on a quest to find it.
I kept it simple…just topped the dough with onion confit and mozzarella cheese.
