Here’s a really simple appetizer that you’re sure to enjoy…
especially if you are a cheese lover.
This recipe is a keeper!
Putting this appetizer together is as simple as 1-2-3.
1 Bake Brie slightly.
2 Spread Fig Jam on Brie.
3 Top with Raspberries.

PAM vegetable oil spray
Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly spray a cast iron pan with PAM vegetable oil spray.
Place wedge of French Brie cheese in pan.
Place pan in oven. Bake Brie until slightly softened. Keep an eye on it.
Remove from oven.
Spread Fig Jam over cheese.
Top with a few raspberries.
Serve with Crostini or flatbreads.
